During the production of Gong Gong’s Wisdom, I played the role of producer, which involved coordinating shooting schedules, securing release paperwork, communicating between cast and crew, and making sure the team was well-fed.
This project taught me how to communicate clearly with team members, optimize schedules, multitask, and make the most efficient plan for a film set that was both hectic and successful.
